My friend Barb is an excellent photographer and she took the original photo from which this little painting is modeled after. We're gonna call it "Zinnia-Bee, because that's exactly what it is. A painting of a bee inside a Zinnia flower way out in the land of sunshine, sea and glorious mountains, yup, California.As you can see, I used a lot of thick paint to bring out the depth of the petals.
