This piece was painted at my Lowe Mill studio , downtown Huntsville, Al.. One of my great friends purchased this beauty seen upside down and from a photograph of it lying on a table. She said that she just knew it was hers! I love when a client connects so instantly and immediately with a piece. I know it was meant for her.
I do believe it was a 30"x48", gallery wrap, acrylic on canvas. For me it was a journey in spirituality. It came with ease and I love when that happens.

Winter productions
" The Loss", came at a time of grief for me and others . As I felt this piece birthed up and out , so too did another connect to it. It found a home in a very dear friend of mines where i know it will be treasured. 30"x40" mixed media acrylic on canvas.
My daughter turned me onto this singer Valerie June. I really Loved her music. I put her music on one night and began to paint my impression of her. I hope I captured her loveliness . 40"x30" acrylic on canvas.
This piece came about from a photo a friend sent me. It inspired this painting I call "The Path".

The Umbrella Girl
I chose a new word for the year and it was "Optimism." The first painting that i have done with that mantra is The Umbrella Girl. IT may be raining but she's out there playing and splashing in the puddles!
